Our Occupational Therapists provide expert assessments and tailored recommendations to help individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes. We work closely with clients to ensure modifications meet their unique needs.

  • Minor & Complex Home Modification Assessments – From small adjustments to major structural changes.
  • Collaboration with Builders & Suppliers – Ensuring modifications are practical, high-quality, and client-focused.
  • NDIS-Compliant Reports & Recommendations – Clear, evidence-based documentation to support funding requests.
  • Guidance Through Funding & Approvals – Helping clients navigate processes with ease and confidence.

Assistive Technology (AT) – Enhancing Independence & Participation

Our Occupational Therapists provide expert assessments, recommendations, and prescriptions for a wide range of assistive technology (AT) and equipment solutions. We help individuals access the right supports to enhance function, mobility, safety, and daily independence—at home, in the community, and at work.

We assess and prescribe:

  • Mobility & Positioning Aids – Manual and powered wheelchairs, walkers, pressure care cushions, seating supports and sleeping systems.
  • Daily Living Aids – Adaptive kitchen tools, dressing aids, and modified cutlery to support self-care and independence.
  • Home Modifications & Accessibility Equipment – Grab rails, ramps, stairlifts, bathroom modifications, and ceiling hoists.
  • Environmental Control Systems – Smart home technology, voice-activated systems, and remote-control solutions.
  • Manual Handling & Transfer Equipment – Hoists, transfer boards, slide sheets, and standing aids for caregivers and individuals.

Our team collaborates with clients, families, suppliers, and funding bodies (including NDIS) to ensure each person receives the right AT solutions tailored to their needs and lifestyle.

Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Assessments

Our experienced Occupational Therapists provide a wide range of functional and capacity assessments tailored to individual needs. We take a thorough, goal-focused approach, ensuring clear, professional reporting for clients and stakeholders.

We offer:

  • Functional Capacity Assessments (NDIS) – Evaluating strengths, needs, and support requirements.
  • Cognitive & Psychosocial Assessments – Identifying cognitive abilities, mental health impacts, and functional skills.

Make a Real Impact with Outreach Services

As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver occupational therapy to rural and remote communities, ensuring that individuals in underserved areas receive the support they need. Our outreach services allow you to broaden your skills, experience diverse communities, and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide In-Person Regional Visits – Deliver therapy and assessments directly to clients in their communities.
  • Offer Telehealth Therapy & Assessments – Support clients remotely when in-person visits aren’t possible.
  • Collaborate with Local Providers & Community Organisations – Work alongside local teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Deliver Flexible & Tailored Support – Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of regional clients.

Paediatric Occupational Therapy – Supporting Children to Thrive

Our paediatric Occupational Therapists provide early intervention and school-aged therapy services, helping children develop essential skills for independence, learning, and participation in everyday life.

Areas of Focus:

  • Fine & Gross Motor Development – Building strength, coordination, and dexterity for daily tasks.
  • Sensory Processing & Emotional Regulation – Helping children understand and respond to sensory input in a regulated way.
  • Self-Care Skills – Supporting independence in dressing, eating, toileting, and hygiene.
  • School Readiness & Participation – Developing skills for handwriting, concentration, and classroom engagement.
  • Play & Social Skills – Encouraging interaction, communication, and positive peer relationships.
  • Parent & Caregiver Education – Providing strategies and support for families to enhance progress at home.

We work collaboratively with families, schools, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic, child-centred approach, creating the best opportunities for success in all areas of life.

Who We Work With

  • NDIS Participants – Supporting individuals who are self-managed, plan-managed, or agency-managed, helping them access the services and assistive technology they need for greater independence.
  • Private Clients (Fee-for-Service) – Offering tailored therapy services to individuals and families who seek occupational therapy outside of funded programs.
  • Community Organisations & Schools – Partnering with educators, support workers, and local organisations to provide therapy that enhances participation, learning, and development in community settings.
  • General Practitioners (GPs) & Health Professionals – Working alongside doctors, allied health teams, and medical specialists to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
